Well looky here 🐋 We had a little visitor at Cayucos Pier on Friday, and @lilyanschindler recorded the encounter with the young Gray whale. Pretty cool! . It’s migrating time for Grays and Humpbacks. The Cayucos Pier area is a safe training space for youngsters to practice feeding when bait balls are prevalent. Mom communicates via sonar from miles away.
