Heute gibt es Apfelstrudel mit Eis in der #healthyasfuck Version! 😍 Dafür habe ich einen Apfel geschnitten, gehackte Mandeln in Kokosfett geröstet, danach die Äpfel, Zimt Smacktastic Marzipan und Rosinen hinzugegeben. Auf den Blätterteig light (z.B. von Lidl) habe ich noch Apfelmus light gestrichen. Letztlich den Teigmantel noch mit Ei bestreichen und ca. 15 Min. bei 200 Grad in den Ofen. Dazu habe ich mal das Vanille Eis von Rocka getestet. (Echt korrekter proteinreicher Vanilleeis Ersatz) ___
