The number of alleged non-existent flood control projects has risen to 472 as of November 12, according to DPWH Undersecretary Arthur Bisnar. The AFP and PNP conducted an initial field validation of 10,075 flood control projects and identified 252 as non-existent. This marks an increase of 52 projects from the October figures, when 420 "ghost" flood projects were reported in 8,000 flood management projects across the country.
