Roasting Chestnuts -Preheat oven to 425F -Place a cast iron skillet into the oven -Using a sharp pairing knife cut an X through the shell of the rounded side of each chestnut. -Bring a large pot filled with water to a boil -Boil the chestnuts for just 30 seconds -As the chestnuts are boiling, remove the skillet from the oven. -Transfer the chestnuts from the boiling water to the skillet -Place the skillet back into the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. -Let
