In The Time Machine (2002), Alex battles the Über-Morlock inside the time machine. In a desperate move, he shoves the creature outside the protective time bubble. Once exposed to the uncontrolled flow of time, the Morlock’s body begins to wither and decay at an impossible speed, aging centuries within seconds. The horrifying transformation leaves the once-powerful mutant reduced to dust, his reign of terror abruptly ended. Alex watches grimly, realizing the cost of bending time itself. | Action
