So I've purchased a 12 slot, enhanced (+CPU Priority) server 2 days ago from Shockbyte for Palworld. For 2 days I have not gotten this server service out of pending.

I think that I can say, without fear of contradiction, that the control panel is not why people have an issue with Shockbyte.
