The Carolina Panthers are looking to build off of second-year head coach Dave Canales' first season on the sidelines. However, ESPN doesn't have much faith.

Collectively, it’s one of the best coaching staffs in football. ESPN’s Ben Solak ranked each team’s staff for the 2025 season and he put the Rams at No. 5. In Solak’s rankings, he notes that special teams coordinators and most position coaches “don’t have an impact here,” so it’s mostly about the head coach and offensive/defensive coordinators.
