Police say three teens are facing charges after a school bus was taken for a late-night joyride and crashed in Texarkana.

Two of Donald and Maria Nunney's four children were also injured in the crash. The Nunneys were taking their son back to college at the University of North Carolina.

The strike, which began over the weekend, affected about 130,000 travelers daily during the peak summer travel season.
