Former UFC star Jon Jones claims that he's re-entered the promotion's fighter testing pool less than a month after retiring.

Away from fighting, Jones dealt with a felony hit-and-run charge, then tested positive for banned substances. Jones eventually got back in the game and made more history in 2023, when he claimed the UFC Heavyweight Championship. He was just the eighth UFC fighter to be a two-division champion.

Jon Jones was carried out of the cage after almost losing against Thiago Santos, who suffered an injury in the first round of their fight at UFC 239.
