Roblox Connect weaves Roblox's existing avatars, voice chat and camera-based facial animations together into a new product.

Announced during its developer's conference, Roblox unveiled "Roblox Connect," enabling users to engage in voice calls through avatars in a shared digital environment.

In 2019, Roblox made it possible for the platform's users to design and sell their own virtual clothing and accessories that avatars could wear across the platform.
