A remote access tool that's built into Windows 10 makes it easy to help a colleague, friend or family member with their PC.
Go to Windows search, type Quick Assist, and launch it. Next, enter the code you received from your support person under the Security code from the assistant field and click the Submit button.
First, search for 'Quick Assist' in the Start menu and click it. Next, enter the 6-digit security code given by the operator in the part marked 'Code from Assistant' and click 'Share Screen'.
The Quick Assist app too has the same security concerns and Microsoft itself mentions that only share the code with the person you trust. It’s relatively safer to use the native solution for this.
