More packages of frozen shrimp potentially affected by radioactive contamination have been recalled, federal officials said Thursday.
Per the report, the shrimp could be contaminated with the radioactive isotope, Cesium-13. The good news is that so far the FDA said that none of the shrimp sold have actually tested positive. The warning was issued after the FDA said it detected radiation in a single shipment of frozen shrimp from the Indonesian company.
