The New England Patriots have a few rookies they are excited about, but Will Campbell's success during the preseason has coaches excited.
With an emphasis on improving the defense, this latest ESPN mock draft has the New England Patriots doing just that in the form of a dominant defensive end.
The first reported cut, according to ESPN’s Mike Reiss, was offensive lineman Tyrese Robinson. Robinson is a fourth-year offensive guard who has bounced around the league. The former Oklahoma lineman started his career as an undrafted rookie with the Washington Commanders in 2022.
Despite recent rumblings that the New England Patriots might be willing to make a significant trade before the start of the regular season, there's no indication they are on the verge of doing anything right now.
The New England Patriots have high expectations for running back TreVeyon Henderson, and he is already drawing comparisons to the best back in the league.
