Efton Chism III will not practice for the Patriots on Monday, two days after the undrafted receiver was the star of New England's preseason win over the Vikings in Minnesota.

New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel shared some key injury updates, including an update on wide receiver Efton Chism III.

"The Patriots project to have Stefon Diggs, Kayshon Boutte and DeMario Douglas as their starting receivers, with Mack Hollins and 2025 third-round pick Kyle Williams also locks as complementary options," Reiss writes. "So Chism has essentially forced the team's hand to keep six receivers and maybe even a seventh."
