Daredevil: Born Again will fully bring Charlie Cox's Man Without Fear into the MCU and, thanks to a new interview with him and Vincent D'Onofrio, we now know how Spider-Man will be referenced in the show.

According to returning Matt Murdock actor Charlie Cox, the original iteration of “Born Again” suffered from an identity crisis. “It was a little bit confusing,” Cox told Entertainment Weekly about the series’ initially unclear connections to its Netflix predecessor. “It was too, ‘Is it the show or is it not the show?’”

Of course, Spider-Man and Daredevil have, albeit briefly, crossed paths in the MCU before during the opening act of Spider-Man: No Way Home. There, Charlie Cox's "really good lawyer" provides some legal counsel to Peter Parker (Tom Holland) after the reveal of his secret identity as Spider-Man.
