President Donald Trump said he plans to sue California over its planned congressional maps and blue slips by that state and others that are Democratic-controlled.

The Judiciary Committee chair, and his fellow Republicans, have so far brushed off pressure from the president to nix the long-standing practice.

President Donald Trump renewed his demand for the Senate's "blue slip" tradition to be done away with and urged Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley to tell Democrats to "go to HELL."
