Imagine a Windows 11 desktop without the Taskbar, relying solely on PowerToys and a launcher app for everything.
I just installed DigitalPersona Fingerprint reader thingie, and after the install, the taskbar is no longer skinned like it was. All the windows and scrollbars and such are, but the the taskbar isn't.
