Swarthmore College graduate Evelyn “Evie” Parts is suing her alma mater and the NCAA, alleging she was illegally removed from the women’s track team for being transgender, according to a federal lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania.

The lawsuit filed last week names Evie Parts, a 2025 Swarthmore graduate and former member of the women’s cross-country and track teams, as the plaintiff. It is the third lawsuit to be filed
