Pittsburgh Steelers edge rusher Alex Highsmith missed six games during the 2024 season, including three with a groin injury. The other three followed an ankle injury suffered against Washington. Highsmith was bothered by a groin concern in training camp and has not played in the Steelers’ first two preseason games.

The Steelers have gone all in ahead of the 2025 NFL season. Pittsburgh needs to make this one last-minute trade to complete the roster.

Pittsburgh Steelers star defensive lineman Cam Heyward returned to team drills on Tuesday, ending what had been a hold-in throughout training camp as he attempts to get a new contract from the team.
