Former Notre Dame wide receiver Beaux Collins was talked about highly by New York Giants wide receivers coach Mike Groh.

During training camp, Nabers had another injury scare as he went down with a shoulder-related setback. The Giants were fortunate to have off the following day, which gave Nabers some time to rest and heal up before the next practice. When the Giants returned to the field, Nabers was back in action.
