Russia pummelled Kyiv with drones in an all-night attack, injuring at least 14 people, damaging railway infrastructure and setting buildings and cars on fire throughout the city, authorities in the Ukrainian capital said early on Friday.

Ukraine's air force has said Russia launched missiles and over 500 drones at Ukraine overnight in a major escalation in the conflict between the two countries.
