PHOENIX — The bottom of Cleveland’s lineup provided all the offense Monday as C.J. Kayfus and Brayan Rocchio delivered home runs off Arizona starter Zac Gallen, and Guardians righty Gavin Williams tossed 5 1/3 scoreless innings in a 3-1 win at Chase Field.
Diamondbacks starter Zac Gallen is 2-0 with a no-decision in August and is pitching better of late, but his ERA is his career-worst.

The Guardians, who have traditionally finished spring training with exhibitions at Chase Field in late March in recent years, have a team led by All-Star third baseman Jose Ramirez and outfielder Steven Kwan. Stephen Vogt, formerly with the Diamondbacks as a player, manages the Guardians.
